O-nnect（以下「運営者」といいます。）は、スマートフォンアプリ「LOCAVESTA」（以下「本アプリ」といいます。）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、次のとおり定めます。
1．適用範囲および運営者
1．本ポリシーは、本アプリ、本アプリに関連するウェブページ、問い合わせ・不具合報告および運営者が提供するサポートに適用されます。
2．運営者および問い合わせ先は次のとおりです。

3．本アプリの現行の正式な配信対象地域は、日本、アメリカ合衆国およびオーストラリアです。
2．本アプリが取り扱う情報
本アプリは、機能の提供に必要な範囲で、次の情報を取り扱います。
（1）利用者が登録する情報
場所の名称、緯度・経度、住所、訪問日、メモ、ラベル、グループ、作成日時その他の記録内容。
（2）写真、動画およびメタデータ
利用者が選択した写真・動画、撮影日時、撮影地点、ファイル名、形式、再生時間、ファイルサイズその他の関連情報。
（3）位置情報
現在地の表示、地図の移動、場所検索および住所取得のために、利用者の許可を得て取得するアプリ使用中の位置情報。本アプリは、バックグラウンドで移動経路を自動記録しません。
（4）検索および住所取得に関する情報
利用者が入力した検索語、検索または住所取得に利用する位置、端末の言語・地域その他の技術情報。
（5）設定および年齢確認に関する情報
言語、テーマ、位置情報表示設定、規約・ポリシーの確認状況、広告に関する選択、生年月日その他の設定情報。
（6）広告および技術情報
IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその地域、アプリや広告の表示・操作情報、診断情報、端末・アプリに関する識別子、広告またはプライバシーに関する選択その他、広告配信事業者が処理する情報。
（7）問い合わせ情報
利用者が問い合わせまたは不具合報告で送信する本文、任意のメールアドレス、画像その他の情報。
3．利用目的
運営者および本アプリは、前項の情報を次の目的で利用します。
（1）訪問記録の作成、表示、編集、整理およびバックアップ
（2）地図、現在地表示、場所検索および住所取得
（3）写真・動画の保存、表示、共有およびバックアップ
（4）年齢確認、利用制限および年齢に応じた広告の取扱い
（5）広告の表示、同意・プライバシー設定、効果測定、不正利用防止およびセキュリティ
（6）設定の保存、アプリの動作および品質の維持
（7）問い合わせ対応、不具合調査、法令対応および権利保護
4．端末内保存および外部送信
1．利用者の訪問記録、写真および動画は、原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます。通常のアプリ利用において、運営者はこれらを運営者独自のサーバーへ自動送信しません。
2．本アプリには、現行版では利用者アカウントおよび運営者独自のクラウド同期機能はありません。
3．生年月日は、端末内で年齢区分を判定するために保存・利用されます。生年月日そのものおよび正確な年齢は、運営者、Googleその他の第三者へ送信せず、広告のターゲティング情報として利用しません。
4．広告を表示する場合、広告サービスに対し、年齢に応じた取扱いを求める設定または信号が適用されることがあります。ただし、生年月日や正確な年齢は送信されません。
5．現行のGoogle Play版では、生年月日および年齢変更後の再起動管理に用いる情報は、アプリが作成するバックアップに含めず、Androidのクラウドバックアップおよび端末間移行から除外するよう設計しています。
5．広告
1．本アプリは、13歳以上と判定された利用者に広告を表示するため、Google AdMobおよびGoogle Mobile Ads SDKを利用します。
2．生年月日が未入力、無効または判定できない場合、および12歳以下と判定された場合、本アプリは広告表示を開始しません。
3．13歳以上18歳未満の利用者には、年齢に応じた保護を適用し、パーソナライズド広告を表示しません。
4．18歳以上の利用者には、地域、同意、端末またはGoogleアカウントの設定、オプトアウト状況その他の条件に応じて、パーソナライズド広告、非パーソナライズド広告または制限付き広告が表示される場合があります。
5．広告配信に伴い、Googleは、IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその地域、アプリや広告の操作情報、診断情報、端末・アプリに関する識別子、広告に関する情報および同意・選択情報等を、広告配信、測定、分析、不正利用防止、セキュリティおよび同意管理のために処理する場合があります。実際に処理される情報は、年齢、地域、端末設定、同意状況およびGoogleの仕様等により異なります。
6．運営者は、本アプリに保存された正確な現在地、訪問記録、住所、メモ、ラベル、グループ、写真、動画、検索語、バックアップの内容、生年月日または正確な年齢を、広告ターゲティング情報としてGoogleへ明示的に送信しません。
7．18歳以上の利用者について、Googleの同意管理機能により利用可能な広告プライバシー設定がある場合、本アプリ内にその入口を表示することがあります。
8．広告を選択した後のリンク先における情報の取扱いには、広告主またはリンク先のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
6．バックアップおよび利用者による共有
1．本アプリは、利用者の操作により、記録、位置情報、住所、メモ、写真、動画および関連情報を含むバックアップファイルを作成できます。
2．現行版のバックアップファイル自体は暗号化されません。バックアップには私的または機密性のある情報が含まれる場合があるため、利用者は保存先および共有相手に注意してください。
3．バックアップ、写真または動画を外部サービスへ保存または共有した場合、当該サービスにおける取扱いには、そのサービスの規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
4．生年月日は、本アプリが作成するバックアップファイルに含まれません。
7．第三者サービスおよび国外での処理
1．本アプリは、地図表示、場所検索、住所取得、広告配信、同意管理、ファイル共有、問い合わせおよび外部ページ表示等のため、第三者サービスを利用します。
2．主な第三者サービスには、MapLibre、OpenFreeMap、OpenMapTiles、OpenStreetMap、端末OSまたはOSが利用する場所検索・住所取得サービス、Google AdMob、Google Mobile Ads SDK、必要に応じて利用するGoogleの同意管理機能、および利用者が共有先として選択するサービスが含まれます。
3．第三者サービスは、サービス提供、セキュリティ、法令対応その他の目的で、利用者の居住国外を含む国または地域で情報を処理する場合があります。第三者による取扱いには、それぞれの規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
8．保存期間および削除
1．端末内の記録、設定、写真および動画は、利用者が削除するか、本アプリまたはアプリデータを端末から削除するまで保存されます。
2．生年月日は、利用者が訂正するか、本アプリまたはアプリデータを削除するまで端末内に保存されます。
3．本アプリから記録を削除しても、利用者が外部へ保存または共有したバックアップ、写真または動画は自動的に削除されません。利用者が保存先で削除する必要があります。
4．問い合わせ等により運営者が受領した情報は、対応、不具合調査、セキュリティ、紛争対応および法令上の保存義務に必要な期間保存し、その後、合理的な期間内に削除または匿名化します。
5．広告その他の第三者サービスが保持する情報は、各事業者のポリシー、利用者の設定および適用法令に従って保存・削除されます。
6．本アプリには利用者アカウントがないため、アカウント削除手続はありません。端末内の情報は、本アプリの削除機能、アプリデータの消去または本アプリのアンインストールにより削除できます。
9．安全管理
1．運営者は、取り扱う情報の性質および規模に応じて、不正アクセス、漏えい、紛失、改ざんその他のリスクを防止するための合理的な措置を講じます。
2．生年月日は、現行のGoogle Play版では端末OSの安全な保存機能を利用して保存します。
3．利用者は、端末ロック、OS更新、紛失対策およびバックアップの適切な管理により、自らの情報を保護してください。
4．インターネット通信または端末内保存について、完全な安全性を保証することはできません。
10．利用者の選択および権利
1．利用者は、端末設定から位置情報、写真・動画その他の権限を変更できます。権限を取り消すと、該当する機能を利用できない場合があります。
2．利用者は、本アプリ内で記録を確認、訂正および削除できます。また、生年月日を確認および訂正できます。
3．利用可能な場合、利用者は、端末、Googleまたは本アプリが提供する広告・プライバシー設定から、広告に関する選択を確認または変更できます。
4．適用法令により、利用者には、運営者が保有する自己の情報について、開示、訂正、削除、利用停止、オプトアウトその他の権利が認められる場合があります。運営者が保有する情報に関する請求または問い合わせは、問い合わせ・不具合報告ページから行えます。
11．未成年者
1．本アプリは13歳未満の利用者を対象としておらず、入力された生年月日から12歳以下と判定された場合、通常利用を開始できません。
2．13歳以上18歳未満の利用者には、年齢に応じた広告上の保護を適用し、パーソナライズド広告を表示しません。
3．未成年者が本アプリを利用する場合、居住地の法令上必要となるときは、親権者その他の法定代理人の同意を得てください。
12．本ポリシーの変更
1．運営者は、法令、本アプリの機能、利用する第三者サービスまたは情報の取扱いが変更された場合、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。
2．本ポリシーを変更する場合、運営者は、変更後の本ポリシーおよび効力発生日を、効力発生日までに公式サイトへ掲載します。
3．法令上、利用者の同意が必要となる新たな情報の取扱いを開始する場合、運営者は、その取扱いを開始する前に必要な同意を取得します。

O-nnect (the "Operator") establishes this Privacy Policy for the handling of information in the LOCAVESTA mobile application (the "App").
1. Scope and Operator
1. This Policy applies to the App, related web pages, support and bug reports, and other support provided by the Operator in connection with the App.
2. Operator and contact information:

3. The App's current official distribution regions are Japan, the United States of America, and Australia.
2. Information handled by the App
The App handles the following information to the extent necessary to provide its functions.
(1) Information entered by the user
Place names, latitude and longitude, addresses, visit dates, notes, labels, groups, creation dates, and other record content.
(2) Photos, videos, and metadata
Photos and videos selected by the user, capture date, capture location, file name, format, duration, file size, and other related information.
(3) Location
Location while the App is in use, obtained with the user's permission for current-location display, map navigation, place search, and address lookup. The App does not automatically record the user's route in the background.
(4) Search and address-lookup information
Search terms entered by the user, locations used for search or address lookup, device language and region, and related technical information.
(5) Settings and age-check information
Language, theme, location-display settings, the status of acceptance or review of legal documents, advertising choices, date of birth, and other settings.
(6) Advertising and technical information
Approximate location inferred from IP address, App and advertisement interactions, diagnostic information, device or App identifiers, advertising and privacy choices, and other information processed by advertising providers.
(7) Support information
Message text, an optional email address, images, and other information submitted by the user through support or bug reports.
3. Purposes of use
The Operator and the App use information for the following purposes:
(1) creating, displaying, editing, organizing, and backing up visit records;
(2) providing maps, current-location display, place search, and address lookup;
(3) storing, displaying, sharing, and backing up photos and videos;
(4) checking age and applying age-appropriate access restrictions and advertising treatment;
(5) displaying advertisements, managing consent and privacy choices, measuring performance, preventing fraud, and maintaining security;
(6) saving settings and maintaining the operation and quality of the App; and
(7) responding to inquiries, investigating bugs, complying with law, and protecting rights.
4. On-device storage and external transmission
1. Visit records, photos, and videos are generally stored on the user's device. During normal use, the Operator does not automatically transmit them to a server independently operated by the Operator.
2. The current version does not provide user accounts or the Operator's own cloud synchronization service.
3. The date of birth is stored and used on the device to determine an age range. The date of birth itself and the user's exact age are not transmitted to the Operator, Google, or another third party and are not used as advertising-targeting information.
4. When advertisements are displayed, the advertising service may receive a setting or signal requesting age-appropriate handling. The date of birth and exact age are not transmitted.
5. In the current Google Play version, the date of birth and information used to manage restart after an age-information change are excluded from App-created backups and are designed to be excluded from Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer.
5. Advertising
1. The App uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements to users determined to be age 13 or older.
2. If the date of birth is missing, invalid, or cannot be used to determine age, or if the user is determined to be age 12 or under, the App does not begin displaying advertisements.
3. Users from age 13 through 17 receive age-appropriate advertising protections and are not shown personalized advertisements.
4. Users age 18 or older may be shown personalized, non-personalized, or limited advertisements depending on region, consent, device or Google Account settings, opt-out status, and other conditions.
5. In connection with advertising, Google may process approximate location inferred from IP address, App and advertisement interactions, diagnostic information, device or App identifiers, advertising information, and consent or choice information for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and consent management. The information actually processed varies depending on age, region, device settings, consent status, and Google's specifications.
6. The Operator does not intentionally send the precise current location, saved visit records, addresses, notes, labels, groups, photos, videos, search terms, backup content, date of birth, or exact age stored in the App to Google as advertising-targeting information.
7. For users age 18 or older, the App may display an entry point to available advertising privacy options when required by Google's consent-management system.
8. Information handling after a user selects an advertisement is governed by the privacy policy of the advertiser or linked destination.
6. Backups and user-directed sharing
1. At the user's request, the App can create a backup containing records, location information, addresses, notes, photos, videos, and related information.
2. Backup files in the current version are not themselves encrypted. Because backups may contain private or sensitive information, users should carefully manage the destination and recipients.
3. If a backup, photo, or video is saved to or shared through an external service, that service's terms and privacy policy apply.
4. The date of birth is not included in backup files created by the App.
7. Third-party services and processing outside the user's country
1. The App uses third-party services for maps, place search, address lookup, advertising, consent management, file sharing, support, and external web content.
2. Major third-party services include MapLibre, OpenFreeMap, OpenMapTiles, OpenStreetMap, operating-system or operating-system-provided place-search and address-lookup services, Google AdMob, the Google Mobile Ads SDK, Google's consent-management services where applicable, and services selected by the user as sharing destinations.
3. Third-party services may process information in countries or regions outside the user's country of residence for service delivery, security, legal compliance, and other purposes. Each provider's terms and privacy policy apply to its handling of information.
8. Retention and deletion
1. On-device records, settings, photos, and videos remain until the user deletes them or removes the App or its data.
2. The date of birth remains on the device until it is corrected or the App or its data is removed.
3. Deleting a record inside the App does not automatically delete backups, photos, or videos previously saved or shared outside the App. The user must delete them at the relevant destination.
4. Information received by the Operator through support or similar interactions is retained for the period reasonably necessary for response, bug investigation, security, dispute handling, and legal retention duties, and is then deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.
5. Information retained by advertising or other third-party providers is stored and deleted under their policies, user settings, and applicable law.
6. The App does not provide user accounts, so there is no account-deletion procedure. On-device information can be deleted through the App's deletion functions, by clearing App data, or by uninstalling the App.
9. Security
1. The Operator takes reasonable measures appropriate to the nature and scale of the information to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or alteration.
2. In the current Google Play version, the date of birth is stored using the operating system's secure-storage function.
3. Users should protect their information by using device locking, keeping the operating system updated, using lost-device protections, and safely managing backups.
4. Complete security of internet communications or on-device storage cannot be guaranteed.
10. User choices and rights
1. Users can change location, photo and video, and other permissions through device settings. Revoking a permission may make the relevant function unavailable.
2. Users can review, correct, and delete records in the App and can review and correct the stored date of birth.
3. Where available, users may review or change advertising choices through settings provided by the device, Google, or the App.
4. Applicable law may give users rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, opt-out, or other action regarding information held by the Operator. Requests or inquiries concerning information held by the Operator may be submitted through the support and bug-report page.
11. Minors
1. The App is not intended for users under 13, and a user determined to be age 12 or under cannot begin normal use.
2. Users from age 13 through 17 receive age-appropriate advertising protections and are not shown personalized advertisements.
3. A minor must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by the law of the user's residence.
12. Changes to this Policy
1. The Operator may change this Policy when applicable law, the App's functions, third-party services, or information-handling practices change.
2. When changing this Policy, the Operator will publish the revised Policy and its effective date on the official website before the effective date.
3. Where applicable law requires user consent for new information handling, the Operator will obtain the required consent before beginning that handling.
